The photos displayed here, show various forms of Christian worship. Worship is an activity that is personal, yet at the same time very communal. An expression of worship may be performed individually, or corporately within informal groups, or a formal meetings.
In Christianity, worship is not characterized only by praying, reading God’s Word with an open heart, singing, participating in communion, and serving others, it is reflected more in the life of the believer. A life dedicated to Christ.. It’s not limited to one act, but is done properly when the heart and attitude of the person is in the right place.
“But an hour is coming, and now is, when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth; for such people the Father seeks to be His worshipers.” John 4:23
“God is a Spirit and they that worship Him must worship Him in spirit and in truth.” John 4:24
The images below shows only a few aspect of worship that can be captured by the camera lens, my hope is that as you look at these images you will be drawn to a closer relationship with Christ, and your life will be the reflective image of His love.

Some great images here… can’t help but think they all seem a bit sinister though.
These are some talented Photographers! Great to see photos like this being showcased. Each one tells a different story, it is very interesting the mood each one portrays.
I have to disagree with you “Julian James” these photos are far from “sinister” (Threatening or portending evil, harm, or trouble; ominous)
To me they portray a sense of vulnerability on the worshipers part, and also a sense of awe towards God. I love the fact that he included a few baptism images, never expected to see those, I guess true worship is giving our lives to God

Awesome work, doing the Fathers business is always good.
As I looked at the pictures, I could feel the power of the Holy Spirit so strongly. I give glory to God because he has inspired this work. The pictures speak to my soul.
