  Yes, it does take time to submit, but what you can do is pick a few that works for you and submit to those, that is the reason I broke them up into categories, hope that helps.

Wow this is such a thorough list. I pretty much stick to design bump, web blend and design float. But man, if you want some good links/traffic this is the way to go.
