Usage Licenses

The Licenses listed below are only for items downloaded from the Inspiks Marketplace. All items purchased and downloaded offsite have their own licenses. Please find and read the license for all offsite downloads before making purchases.

Tutorial License

The Tutorials License grants you, at the time of purchase, the right to use the effects demonstrated in these tutorials in your own work commercial or non-commercial provided you are not redistributing or reselling the tutorial / PSD file itself. You may use the effect or style without attribution. You are allowed to sell the end product that is created with the technique demonstrated in the tutorial file.

Add-On License

The Add-On License grants you, at the time of purchase, the right to install and use the add-on on up to 2 of your computers. You are not allowed to transfer, redistribute or sell the add-on either by itself or in a package with other files. You can sell the end product that is created with the add-on. Add-ons include brushes and styles that are installed on another application for the purpose of creating new files.

Freebies License

The Freebies License grants you, at the time of downloading, the right to use the files for your Personal Computer or Public Church Usage, eg. Slide Shows, Projectors, Powerpoint, etc by themselves or used to create new files for personal or community usage. The files should not be used in any commercial publications or merchandise eg. Commercial Books, CD Covers, T-Shirts, etc. Files should not be used in any advertisement for events that are for-profit eg concerts, plays, etc. You are not allowed to redistribute or sell the free files.

Creative Commons Zero License (CCO)

The Creative Commons Zero License grants you, at the time of download, the right to copy, modify, distribute and use the item, even for commercial purposes, all without asking permission.
