Nik Ainley of Shiny Binary, wrote a tutorial on how to do the type, you can see it on Digital Arts website called: Master 3D Type Effects.

Just played it in Firefox and Explorer. Try Installing the latest Flash player from Adobe and see if that works, also make sure you are running the latest version of your browser.
